We believe in promoting from within and offering clear career pathways so that your hard work today builds into tomorrow’s leadership opportunities.Your Role as an HVAC Service Technician-Diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems- Performing preventative maintenance and emergency service calls- Completing electrical, plumbing, and other repairs as needed- Reading blueprints, interpreting job specs, and maintaining accurate documentation- Uploading before-and-after photos and communicating with clients - Managing time effectively to complete projects within deadlines- Working independently while supporting team goals- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (with occasional overtime available).What We’re Looking For-Proven experience in HVAC service, repair, and maintenance- Strong troubleshooting skills across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and facility systems- Ability to read blueprints and job specifications- Excellent time management and reliability- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required- Ability to lift, climb, and perform typical physical construction tasks- Preferred: HVAC certification and experience with commercial HVAC systemsTake the Next Step in Your CareerIf you are ready to grow your HVAC career in Jacksonville, FL, we want to hear from you.E04JI8000hua409933m #J-18808-Ljbffr Tech9
