Collision General Manager

Job Summary Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision General Manager to perform all‑purpose duties, including overall operation of the center, risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. Additional responsibilities include recruiting, recognizing, and retaining talented teammates; monitoring current financial performance metrics and reviewing previous month’s metrics to identify opportunities and trends; ensuring center teammates repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably consistent with Caliber’s SOP, insurance partners, and industry standards.
