Full Time (Days) St. Mary Rehabilitation Hospital is a state-of-the-art, 50-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment andrecovery of individuals who have experienced the debilitating effects of a severe injury or illness. Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized, individualized rehabilitation tailored to the specific needs of those recovering from a stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. How you'll contribute You'll make an impact by evaluating and conducting medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs. Providing educational information to patients in regard to injury prevention, ergonomics, restorative therapy and rehabilitation therapy. Supervises physical therapy assistants and aides in performing treatment. Qualifications and requirements Education: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program. Experience: Previous experience in rehab setting preferred. License: Current PT license. Certifications: CPR certification required. Provide direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs. Document treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately.
