Production Supervisor Night Shift

What You’ll Be Doing Lead and coordinate daily quarry production activities to ensure safe and efficient operations. Monitor equipment performance and guide the team in addressing operational needs. Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and quality. Promote adherence to safety policies and environmental compliance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production and maintenance goals. What We Are Looking For Strong leadership abilities with the capability to guide teams in a production environment. Commitment to safety with the ability to reinforce safe work practices and compliance. Ability to assess operational conditions and support decision-making in dynamic situations. Effective communication skills for coordinating tasks and engaging team members. Capability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on operational goals. Work Environment This role is a night shift position (5pm-5am) and operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
