Pharmacy Intern PY2

Position Summary The Intern will work under the direct supervision of an assigned preceptor pharmacist. The extent of work responsibility will depend on prior experience and individual capabilities in accordance with Washington State Law. This is a training position, and all work is performed under direct supervision. Work situations include a variety of routine and non-routine duties and functions requiring technical pharmaceutical skills, organization, and attention to detail. Internal contacts include patient care staff and management. External contacts may include physicians, physician office staff, and patients. Requirements Active enrollment in a College or School of Pharmacy Graduate of a foreign pharmacy school (if applicable) Current Washington State intern license Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association Benefits We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits, and paid time off.
