The role involves delivering care for patients undergoing ECMO support, ensuring high-quality patient and family‑centered care. Qualifications and Experience Graduate from an accredited RN program. Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in an acute critical care setting. ECMO experience preferred. Thorough understanding of extracorporeal physiology, patient selection, disease processes, and management. Emergency troubleshooting skills. Completion of a preceptorship.
