You greet each person with a warm smile, providing hands-on care that supports their daily activities while ensuring their dignity and independence are upheld. You document services accurately and report any health concerns to the Resident Care Coordinator, always safeguarding the confidentiality of resident information. During mealtimes, you serve meals gracefully, catering to their nutritional needs and making each resident feel valued.
