As a Contracts Analyst, you will join the Contracts Management Group and work with the purchasing and project teams to support the overall successful bid and buyout process for our projects. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a detail-oriented individual looking to build a career in contracts management; we are fully prepared to train the right candidate from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong positive and productive working relationships with purchasing and project teams.

• Review, assemble, and process subcontracts to ensure they align with company standards and mitigate risk before issuance.

• Receive, validate, and archive bonds, ensuring they meet all company standards and authenticity requirements.

• Review budgets from purchasing and project teams and input into our internal system

• Interface regularly with senior management, Risk Management, Legal, and Central Business Partner Group.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.

• A strong work ethic with a desire to learn, adapt, and be trained in company-specific standards.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-starter and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of the construction industry and subcontract agreements.

• 2+ years of related experience (including equivalent studies in college).

Clark offers a total compensation package that includes base salary, bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/vision benefits, paid time off, retirement/401k, and Company Contribution plan. Additional benefits include life insurance, commuter benefit, short & long term disability, fitness reimbursement, FSA, tuition reimbursement, back-up daycare, tutoring & family support benefits, EAP/Work-Life assistance, and a holiday contribution program. For this role the base salary range is $52,000 - $100,000. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
