About Our Agency

I opened my agency in 2000 after a career in heating and air conditioning, vocational education, and school administration. I'm a proud Mid-America Christian University graduate with a bachelor's degree in Business. In 2019, I married my high school sweetheart, 42 years after we first met! I'm a proud father and grandfather, and we have three dogs - Freddie, Coco, and Nora. Outside of work, I enjoy horseback riding, skiing, biking, and spending time with family. Community involvement is incredibly important to me. I'm active in the Chickasha Chamber of Commerce, Lions Club, Masonic Lodge, Oklahoma City Shriners, and Petroleum Club of OKC. I also support the Oklahoma Institute for Child Advocacy, local nonprofits, and have participated in international mission trips. Role Description

As an Account Manager for Michael Day - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
