Customer Service / Order Entry Representative
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm | Covina, CA Onsite | Temp-Hire
Payrate: $21.00/Hour
Ready to put your communication skills to work? We’re looking for an energetic, positive, and detail-oriented Customer Service / Order Entry Representative to join a busy team where no two days are exactly alike!
If you’re a quick learner, great communicator, confident on the phone, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities, this could be a great opportunity to grow your office and customer service skills.
What You’ll Do

• Take inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers and clients
• Process orders and assistance with account management
• Provide professional customer support and answer questions
• Verify information and maintain accurate data
• Perform follow-ups and research assignments
• Route work and coordinate tasks with the appropriate teams
• Prepare and maintain reports
• Create, save, and mail letters and other correspondence
• Update orders with clear, detailed notes
• Collaborate with team members to keep projects moving
• Resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

• A strong communicator with excellent phone etiquette
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Self-motivated and dependable
• A quick learner who adapts easily to new processes and technology
• Comfortable multitasking and managing competing priorities
• Able to type 35+ WPM with accuracy
• Microsoft (Word, Excel & Outlook)
• Adobe Acrobat
