Protects HallPass and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies according to the Utah Department of Health and Human Services. Supports the FOH team by assisting guests with questions, basic order fulfillment, and running food to tables and guests. Supports the dishwasher to maintain a clean dish station. Opens/closes dining area by cleaning chairs and tables, sweeping and/or mopping floors, removing trash and recyclables from the facility. Keeps up with general service practices and general brand and menu knowledge by participating in staff training opportunities. Responsible for knowing the menu to include the ingredients and preparation of specific menu items. Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Stock food products, maintain overall cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant. Perform side work duties as directed by manager.QualificationsMust be at least 18 years of age and have a high school degree or equivalent. Strong interpersonal skills. 1 year plus of recent Guest Service experience. Comfortable standing and walking for an entire shift. Comfortable lifting 40 lbs. on a regular basis. Flexible on hours. Work independently.
