Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of relevant SLP/SLPA program
• California licensure: SLP (CCC or CFY welcome), SLPA (with school-based experience encouraged)
• Previous experience working in K-12 schools or pediatric settings
• Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to support children’s educational success
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for student-centered outcomes

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and implement therapeutic interventions for students with communication needs
• Develop and execute individual education plans (IEPs) for eligible students
• Consult and collaborate with educators, administrators, and families
• Document progress and participate in IEP meetings as required
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
