Role Description The Site Manager is a part-time, on-site role located in Owings Mills, MD, responsible for overseeing daily operations at the car wash facility. This role includes supervising crew members, managing shift schedules, and ensuring that all equipment is operating safely and efficiently. The Site Manager monitors service quality, supports front-line staff in delivering a positive customer experience, and resolves guest concerns in a professional manner. Additional responsibilities may include inventory tracking, basic reporting, adherence to safety and cleanliness standards, and coordination with regional leadership on performance goals. The Site Manager helps maintain a safe, inclusive workplace while promoting Flagship Carwash’s service standards and operational procedures. Qualifications Experience in team leadership or shift supervision in a service, retail, or automotive environment, with the ability to train, coach, and motivate staff. Strong customer service and communication skills, including the ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and represent the brand professionally. Basic operational and administrative skills, such as scheduling, cash handling, inventory monitoring, and completing daily reports accurately. Comfort working in a fast-paced, physical environment, including standing for extended periods and supporting equipment checks and site upkeep. Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and quality standards, with attention to detail and reliability in following established procedures. Ability to work part-time, including weekends and evenings as needed, and to collaborate effectively with diverse team members. Prior experience in car wash, automotive services, or facility management is helpful but not required; willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
