Days: Monday - Friday Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 52 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 0 Requirements:
- License in Occupational Therapy
- Experience in skilled nursing facility and long-term care settings
- Familiarity with modalities, ADL training, and dysphagia management
- Proficiency in E-Doc via Net Health Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Monitor and assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment processes and outcomes.
- Collaborate with a cohesive rehab team to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate records. Compliance / Notes:
- Education opportunities available via Med Bridge for licensure renewals.
- No weekend rotation required.
