We're Hiring: Business Analyst / Data Analyst (BA/DA)
\nAGM Tech Solutions is partnering with a global technology company to identify a technically strong, analytical, and customer-focused Business Analyst / Data Analyst to support data governance, process improvement, and Tier 3 technical support.
\nWe're looking for someone who enjoys digging into complex data issues, troubleshooting backend discrepancies, and working directly with customers and technical teams to drive solutions.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Investigate and resolve complex data integrity issues and backend discrepancies. \n
- Provide Tier 3 application support and work directly with customers to resolve concerns. \n
- Analyze business processes, document workflows, and identify opportunities for improvement. \n
- Manage data governance activities and workflows in ServiceNow. \n
- Use SQL, advanced Excel, and reporting tools to analyze, manipulate, and validate data. \n
- Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to maintain data accuracy and resolve issues. \n
Required Qualifications
\n- \n
- Experience in a combined Business Analyst / Data Analyst role. \n
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow, advanced Excel, and SQL. \n
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau. \n
- Understanding of data governance, data integrity, and process mapping. \n
- Background in Tier 3 technical or application support. \n
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to de-escalate challenging customer situations. \n
