Your responsibilities: Support the program managerby definingprojects scope, cost, timing to buildtheprogram / project initiatives, Coordinatesseveraldata projects, fromneedsidentification and prioritization to industrialization, Ensure alignment between cross-disciplined members to unify goalswith time and budget, Forecast and manage “capacity to do” ofAIDAteamand partnersduringprojectlife with allocated resources, Accountable of project budget management, Ensure project follow-up with counterparts, Respect project deadlines, SupportGADP teams toallowproject execution andstakeholders requirements delivering, Creation of project documentations based onstakeholders’requirements andAIDAteam’deliverables, BeingthemaincontactforAIDAteam and stakeholders about project deliverables, budget, plan, risks,… Reportproject status to program managerthroughAIDAprogram management process and tools, Escalate project risks with cost / benefit assessments and recommendations, Ensureproject issuestimely communicationtoAIDAteam andstakeholders, Creation of a technical sustainable network withAIDAteams and stakeholders. Skills: Strong experience in project management, Prior experience in automotive industry, Prior experience working with big data environments, Fluent in speaking and writing English, Autonomous in your daily work, Recognized for your leadership andyour communication, Conflicts and risksmanagement, Ability to negotiate andmake decisions, Strong knowledgeswithMicrosoftOffice tools, KnowledgeinJIRA, Confluence, Gantt charts, and other Project Management software. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or a similar role. Understanding of automotive domains, especially Connected Services, vehicle features, customer behavior analytics, or mobility services.
