Requirements: Entry-level candidates welcome; manufacturing experience is a plus Experience with MIG welding, laser operation, spot welding, or press operation preferred (higher pay rate available based on experience) Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to accurately read a tape measure Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Job Duties: Load and unload parts on the paint line Perform assembly work using hand tools Operate spot welding equipment as assigned Operate press machines to support production needs Perform MIG welding based on skill level and training Operate laser machines as assigned Complete basic data entry and production documentation Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety, quality, and production standards Assist with additional manufacturing duties as assigned Benefits: Solid weekly pay Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance A safe, well-run workplace that's got your back Employee discounts that make your paycheck stretch farther Optional 401(k ) if you're thinking ahead "Nice company to work for, you will gain a lot of knowledge working for this company.
