The Healthcare PM shall work in partnership with the Project Manager for creating, updating, maintaining, and managing all the schedules for the project. Ability to create a Master Project Schedule with comprehension of required construction activities and logic sequencing. Perform daily inspection of units and prepare, maintain, and distribute the three-week schedule for Owner/subcontractors and suppliers.

The successful applicant shall have 5-15 years of relevant healthcare construction experience, experience as a superintendent/PM on 2+ healthcare projects, proven experience managing projects successfully from start to finish, and be a team leader with effective communication skills.

$100,000 - $150,000 base - dependent on experience, 401k, healthcare: medical, vision, dental, 3-weeks of PTO, company allowances & truck, comprehensive bonus structure.
