You’ll be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and adjusting processes as needed to ensure work meets established quality standards. This role requires close oversight of field activities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving quality issues. Provides feedback to project and district management.Works with project teams to identify areas of risk and develop appropriate mitigation plans.Oversees the planning and documentation of mock-ups.QualificationsTradesperson or bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.9 years of experience in quality control and/or the construction industry, including supervisory and leadership experience preferred.Advanced knowledge of the construction industry; understands specifications, drawings, methods, and procedures.Considered an expert and coaches and mentors quality team member(s) on construction inspection skills on a broad range of scopes of work.Advanced knowledge of various engineering systems, principles, and practices.Excellent understanding and interpretation of construction industry codes.Ability to influence project planning and sequencing.Ability to monitor project progress to ensure timely inspections.Ability to identify quality risks associated with the project(s).Ability to interpret plans and specifications, visualizing two-dimensional drawings in three dimensions.Experience developing site quality plans.Demonstrated experience in the development and writing of procedures and manuals.Experience leading internal project quality assessments.Demonstrates planning, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize own work, and delegate.The estimated salary range for this role is $167,000 - $216,000, based on your experience and qualifications.
