This position involves caring for Oncology patients on a dedicated unit that has recently undergone renovations. The role requires providing quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on patient safety and treatment. Job Details Position: Travel RN (Registered Nurse) Medical Surgical Oncology Floor (MS ONC) Location: Forest, VA Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, working 3 shifts per week. Required Qualifications: Active Compact License, BLS (Basic Life Support), at least 2 years of hospital experience in Oncology or Medical Surgical units, and the ability to access portacath or willingness to learn. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with Meditech documentation system, familiarity with oncology patient care. Additional Information: Work schedule includes every third weekend; work environment features newly renovated units, advanced call bell systems, vital sign machines, scales, and IV pumps.
