Project Lead/Superintendent

Project Lead/Superintendent We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Lead (Superintendent) to help manage premiere-level home building projects. Applicants should have extensive skill and experience in residential construction, with the aptitude to work with top-level designers and discerning clients, and manage job sites with multiple subcontractors and employees. Primary Responsibilities Serve as on-site superintendent and representative for the company Oversee all aspects of the project in order to successfully complete projects on budget and on time Ensure customer satisfaction Professionally manage subcontractors, vendors, and employees to guarantee high quality work Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite Collaborate effectively with owners, architects, subcontractors, and the NorthWall team Focus on one to two projects at a time Desired Skills Extensive construction experience (minimum 5 years), preferably on projects for high-end home construction with budgets over $2 million Extensive knowledge of residential construction trades, techniques, methods, tools, equipment and materials Proficiency at reading and understanding plans and specifications Effective management of job budgets and tracking of expenses Effective management of employees and subcontractors Ability to set and adhere to schedules Proficiency with project management, scheduling software, and other software such as: Microsoft Word/Excel/Project, Google SketchUp, Google Drive, Blue Beam Ability to develop spreadsheets, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, project schedules, daily logs, and track project budgets Clear communication with home owners, architects, engineers, designers, subcontractors, and employees Desired Attributes Passion for construction and design Results-oriented and initiative Professional attitude and appearance at all times Desire for a long-term position with a great company Compensation Highly competitive compensation Medical, 401(K), paid vacation Contact Please send us an email with “Project Lead” in the subject line.
