Intermediate Interior Designer

Job Summary RVD is seeking a talented and eager self-motivated Intermediate Interior Designer with 4-8 years of hospitality experience to join our team and assist in creating and completing every aspect of interior design projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a designer to further their experience and get hands-on knowledge of diverse project types including hospitality, senior living, multi-family, and residential. The Intermediate Designer will collaborate with senior designers to execute all aspects of design projects, ensuring quality, adherence to project goals and schedules. Responsibilities/Skills/Qualifications Collaborate with the Senior Design team to carry out all aspects of design projects with 2-5 years of relevant experience Proficiency in presentation creation utilizing various graphic programs photoshop, InDesign, google slides etc. Experience with material and palette selection and compose presentation display Concept and develop project imagery in conjunction with design team Communicate and assist purchasing department and vendor/product research Develop and manage project FF&E budgets Review and redline drawings for finish and design information Create finish and material legends and FF&E specifications for review Coordinate and review shop drawings and submittals Proactive communication skills and a great team player Maintain diligence and attention to detail in all aspects of design and managing tasks Ensure organized and methodical project management support Programs Adobe Suite - Photoshop,InDesign Google Slides Microsoft Office - Word & Excel Bluebeam ACAD DesignSpec and/or Spexx Program Sketchup (A Plus) Revit (A Plus) #J-18808-Ljbffr
