- Pay: $45.00 – $65.00 / hour (DOE)
- Schedule: Part-time, ~15 hours/week
- Monday 1:30 PM – 8:00 PM cst
- Tuesday 8:30am - 5:30 pm cst
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM cst (Potential/as needed)

With one of our long-term hygienists retiring, we are looking for a skilled, compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to step into this well-established role.
We believe in quality over quantity: you will see one patient per hour , allowing you the time needed to provide thorough, individualized care without feeling rushed.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive clinical hygiene duties, including routine cleanings, calculus removal, scaling and root planing (SRP), and fluoride treatments.
- Conduct gingivitis screenings, periodontal evaluations, and precise dental charting.
- Take digital X-rays and assist with patient assessments.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, preventative care, and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate, detailed electronic patient records.
- Follow strict infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment.
Qualifications
- Active Illinois Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (Required).
- 2–3 years of clinical hygiene experience preferred.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong clinical skills paired with a friendly, gentle bedside manner.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset.
