The Director of Organizational Strategy and Development leads the transformation of Oregon State Hospital into a purpose-driven forensic psychiatric institution, translating executive vision into actionable initiatives that improve safety, treatment quality, workforce readiness, and compliance. The role oversees public policy development, major projects, hospital operations governance, and executive reporting while guiding teams that execute these efforts across the organization.
