Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $19 - $19 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Custodial Supervisor:

• Utilize healthcare and Environmental Services (EVS) experience to maintain hospital cleanliness standards

• Perform and oversee floor care activities, including stripping and waxing floors

• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate departmental coverage

• Ensure all hospital areas are properly covered and maintained by the EVS department

• Lead daily team huddles and communicate departmental goals and priorities

• Work closely with housekeepers and hospital staff to support operational needs

• Conduct inspections to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met

• Perform patient rounding to assess satisfaction and address concerns

• Respond promptly to EVS requests and service needs throughout the facility

• Promote a safe, clean, and patient-focused environment at all times

Available shifts:

Shift timings -2nd Shift (Evening)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Previous experience required

• Work frequently with cleaning chemicals

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and frequently reach, bend, carry, and balance items

• Background check and drug screening required
