Midtown Home Improvements Sales and Marketing Team Opportunity

No sales experience? No problem. We'll train you.

Midtown Home Improvements is growing our Nashville sales and marketing team and looking for competitive, outgoing people who want more than just another hourly job.

This is an entry-level opportunity with a real path into professional sales and management.

You'll start on our field marketing team, working in local neighborhoods, speaking face-to-face with homeowners and setting appointments for our home improvement sales team.

Compensation

Part-Time Training

• $13/hour
• .05% - 1% commission
• $100 bonus for every qualified appointment after 4 in a week

Full-Time

• $17/hour
• .05% - 1% commission
• $100 bonus for every qualified appointment after 5 in a week (some get 10-15 a week)
• Weekly performance bonuses
• Advancement opportunities

Strong performers can earn $40,000–$85,000+ annually.

Top performers have the opportunity to advance into direct sales, leadership, and management positions with significantly higher earning potential.

What You'll Do

• Work in residential neighborhoods throughout the Nashville area
• Speak with homeowners about upcoming exterior home improvement projects
• Generate qualified appointments for our sales team
• Represent Midtown professionally in the community
• Participate in daily training, goal setting, and team meetings
• Compete in weekly contests and performance incentives
• Learn communication, sales, leadership, and closing skills

No Experience Required

We care more about your attitude, work ethic, competitiveness, and communication skills than your resume.
