Automation Systems Supervisor

Marvin is seeking an Automation Systems Supervisor to lead the daily reliability and performance of automated equipment in our manufacturing facilities. In this role, you’ll supervise a team of automation and controls technicians, prioritize work, and ensure safe, efficient operation of PLCs, robotics, motion systems, and HMIs. You’ll coordinate troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and upgrades, partner closely with production and engineering, and use data to drive uptime and quality improvements. As part of Marvin’s people-first culture, you’ll coach team members, support continuous improvement, and help shape long-term automation strategy.
