Absolutely must be able to effectively communicate with volunteers from ages 15 through adult. Must possess tact and diplomatic skills for counseling and resolving conflicts. Must have good time management and computer skills to coordinate programs, input paperwork and manage the volunteer flow for up to 100 people per year.
