Roles and Responsibilities Work with urgency to complete tasks efficiently and achieve operational excellence in all that you do. Preparing, assembling and serving products to food stations according to Chick-fil‑A standards Communicate clearly with fellow team members and leaders. Stand for periods of up to 5 hours in length Maintain a sanitary and safe restaurant by mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning and equipment care. Always courteously greet guests even if working in the kitchen. Unloading delivery trucks supplies and placing in proper storage area Able to lift up to 45 pounds Maintaining a well‑groomed and clean appearance and always dressing professional Comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, and inspection standards Fulfill other duties as required to assist team members and leadership with necessary tasks. Additional Info Part‑Time or Full‑Time (35+ Hours per Week) 18+ years old Must possess high school diploma, GED or equivalent Must be available Monday through Saturday Must be available to work 4 Saturdays a month Job Benefits Predictable Schedule Competitive Pay .
