You will contact leads, schedule gym tours and success sessions, and play a key role in helping new and existing members take the next step in their fitness journey. This is a results-driven role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be rewarded for performance./ppYou are the first point of contact for new members and clients. Every appointment you set directly impacts our growth, the success of our sales team, and the experience of our members. This is not a front desk job. Its an opportunity to build real sales skills, earn commissions, and grow into higher-level roles within the company./ppFull-time, 3840 hours per week Monday through Thursday, 10 AM 7 PM, Friday 10am-2pm 80 percent on-location / 20 percent remote (depending on monthly targets and in club events) Optional Saturday call block (10 AM 2 PM) for additional commissions/pulliContact new and existing leads by phone, text, and message./liliSchedule membership consultations for the Sales Manager./liliSchedule success sessions for the Fitness Director to deliver training and program upgrades./liliConfirm all appointments to maximize show rate./liliFollow up with no-shows and rebook them promptly./liliMaintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and results in the CRM./liliParticipate in weekly performance and coaching meetings./li/ulpBase Pay: $10 $14 per hour Commission: $5 for each appointment that shows After 50 shows in a pay period (two weeks), all appointments retroactively pay $10 per show On-Target Earnings: $40,000 $50,000+ per year (uncapped) Example: If you average 60 shows per week, your total weekly income can exceed $1,000./pulliMotivated by goals and performance-based pay/liliExcellent communicator by phone and text/liliOrganized and accountable with attention to detail/liliCoachable and eager to learn professional sales systems/liliPositive, team-oriented, and passionate about fitness and growth/li/ulpTop performers quickly advance to higher-earning roles: Fitness Sales Development Representative ?
