Sales Associate - Fine Jewelry

We're seeking an enthusiastic Lead Sales Associate to join our gold and diamond jewelry store. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service while helping clients find the perfect pieces for life's special moments.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide personalized shopping experiences
Demonstrate extensive product knowledge of gold and diamond jewelry
Guide customers through selections for engagements, anniversaries, gifts, and personal collections
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Create engaging social media content featuring our jewelry collections, including photography and short videos for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
Maintain store appearance and merchandise displays
Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business

Requirements:

Previous retail or sales experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfort with social media platforms and basic content creation (photography/video)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Trustworthy and detail-oriented
Passion for jewelry and helping customers celebrate special occasions
