Briggs Insurance Group is seeking a motivated, experienced Licensed Sales Producer to join our growing insurance agency in the Fort Wayne area. We are looking for a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and helping individuals and families find the right insurance solutions.

To be considered for this position, candidates must hold active Indiana Property & Casualty Producer licenses.

Top Producers earn up to $120K+ (Base + Commission)

What You’ll Do

• Develop new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Quote and sell property and casualty insurance products, including auto, home, renters, and other available coverage
• Cross-sell additional insurance products and identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships
• Consistently follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
• Work toward individual and agency sales goals

Required Qualifications

• Active Indiana Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License – Required
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable with outbound sales and developing new business
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Professional, positive, and customer-focused
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
