As a Retail Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and recommending add-on items that help meet their needs. You will participate in retail and commercial sales efforts to help achieve store goals while assisting customers with battery, bulb, and technology-related challenges. Throughout the day, you will perform technical tasks such as battery installation, cell phone and tablet repair, key cutting, and battery pack rebuilds. You will also assist with inventory management, merchandising, and overall store operations. In addition, you will help keep the store clean, organized, and safe while supporting deliveries and store opening and closing procedures.
