Tesla Sourcers find top talent to power a sustainable future. This role partners closely with various teams under Energy Engineering and/or G&A functions such as Legal, Finance, EHS, and HR unit to identify, attract, and assess exceptional candidates. We are looking for passionate, innovative thinkers who can leverage new approaches to bring the very best talent to Tesla. This role is onsite in either Palo Alto, CA or Austin, TX. What You'll Do Develop robust pipelines of qualified candidates for near-term and future hiring needsUtilize multiple tools and approaches to identify and source top talentDevelop strong working relationships with recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managersMaintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changesFocus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity What You'll Bring 2+ years sourcing/recruiting experienceExperience and familiarity with recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Gem, ATS systems)Ability to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult to fill positionsWorking knowledge of relevant employment market trendsStrong ability to track and manage data and workflowWorking knowledge of software engineering skillsets and/or G&A skillsets within legal, finance, EHS, or HR Benefits
