Maintain accurate medical terminology documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Participate in discharge planning by assessing patient progress and coordinating care transitions effectively. Qualifications Prior experience working in inpatient settings, skilled nursing facilities, outpatient clinics, or home health is highly desirable. A valid PTA license or certification is required.
