Inside Sales Account Executive 1 (Round Rock)

Position Inside Sales Account Executive – Small Business, Round Rock, Texas. Responsibilities Build business with existing customers and develop relationships with new clients. Engage Small Business Accounts to grow new buyers and retain and grow existing buyers. Drive 30+ outbound calls / 3+ hr talk time per day; manage opportunities and emails with the goal of selling to new prospects and/or upgrading existing customers' products and services. Provide an exceptional experience to Small Business customers, advising them on the best technology to make their business successful. Sell Dell's full client portfolio including desktops, laptops, services and accessories. Qualify and identify projects including Enterprise categories such as Server, Networking, Storage, Data Protection and Cloud. Continue learning and developing technical sales acumen to enable career growth opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (preferred). 1–3 years of general sales or customer‑facing professional experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Results‑oriented team player with strong communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skills. Self‑motivated, detail oriented, able to multitask. Positive attitude, strong drive for results, ability to excel in an ambiguous environment. Motivated to exceed goals and develop a professional skill set while advancing your career. Open to receiving feedback and applying it to improve results. Compensation Base salary and commissions. Total Target Compensation range: $55,420–$71,720.
