Job description:Express Employment is seeking a Part Time detail-oriented and organized Office Service Support. This Part Time role is ideal for someone who thrives in an office setting, wants to advance their career and is hand‑on. You will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, and support smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities of an Office Service Support: Perform general office duties including filing, scheduling, and correspondence. Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies. Provide excellent customer service via phone and email. What we look for in an Office Service Support: Experience in an office environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Internet Proficency (Data Entry, Scheduling) Customer Service Skills including (Phone, Cash Handling) High attention to detail and accuracy. QuickBooks (Desktop or Online) is a plus. Payroll & AP/AR is a plus.
