Shipping and Receiving Representative

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: SHIPPING AND RECEIVING REPRESENTATIVE IN GRAPEVINE, TX Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Shipping and Receiving Representative to join our team in Grapevine, Texas. This individual will be responsible for coordinating air import shipments from arrival through final delivery while ensuring exceptional customer service, accurate documentation, and timely communication with carriers, warehouses, customs brokers, and customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing air freight or logistics operations in a fast-paced environment. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $20 to $23/hour, paid weekly Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Located in Grapevine, TX Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate the timely movement of air import shipments from airport arrival through final delivery Track shipment ETAs and arrange transfers from airports to designated warehouses Coordinate with carriers, vendors, customs brokers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth shipment processing Prepare and submit shipping documentation accurately and on time Process terminal fees and maintain accurate payment records Manage smaller customer accounts and internal warehouse transfers Send arrival notices and provide shipment updates to customers Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve transportation issues Maintain accurate shipment records within company systems Prepare and process invoices, ensuring freight, handling, and terminal charges are accurate Support month-end billing activities and reconcile shipment documentation Escalate critical shipment issues to management while maintaining excellent customer service Requirements and Qualifications Previous experience in air import, freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation customer service preferred Strong knowledge of import documentation and shipment coordination Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external partners Reliable attendance and a professional, customer-focused attitude -- (Salary range based on experience) -- Accurate Personnel provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr Accurate Personnel
