1st and Weekend Morning Shift Available

Monday-Friday, 5:00am-3:30pm plus OT OR Friday-Sunday, 5:00am-5:30pm plus OT

What You’ll Do:

• Inspect inbound, outbound, and stored products for quality and accuracy
• Verify orders are picked, packed, and shipped according to customer specifications
• Perform routine audits of inventory, shipments, and warehouse processes
• Identify damaged, defective, or non-conforming products and document findings
• Investigate quality issues and assist with root cause analysis
• Maintain accurate quality inspection records and audit reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and safety standards
• Work with warehouse supervisors to implement corrective and preventive actions
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory audits
• Report recurring quality trends and recommend process improvements
• Verify proper labeling, packaging, and documentation of products
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality and operational efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with training team members on quality standards and best practices as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or quality assurance experience preferred
• Experience performing inspections or quality audits is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to identify discrepancies and solve problems independently
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
