Senior Accountant

Financial Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparation and analysis of financial statements.
- Reconciliation of account balances and prepare/approve journal entries as necessary.
- Assist with internal and external audit requests as needed.
- Collaborate with accounting staff with month end close and other projects as needed.
- Maintaining accurate reporting of internal schedules for review by management.
Location/Office Policy: In office for the first 4-6 months, then hybrid.
Must Have:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience, Banking/Finance preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, preferred.
- Exceptional problem/issue resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, prioritization, organizational and time management skills.
- Strong multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team player with the ability to work productively within a group and maintain a high degree of independence.
- Analytical skills, good critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Quantitative analysis, including trending of data.
- Relationship building skills - develop partnerships to drive results.
