If you're up to the challenge, then take a chance at this rewarding opportunity!Position Overview:Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of a large-scale, multi-region Foundational Data Transformation program migrating fragmented commercial pharma data warehouses onto a governed Databricks platform.The program consolidates enterprise data sources (sales, market access, patient services, omni-channel, and master data) into standardized, AI-ready data products across US, EU, and other global markets, and rebuilds existing analytics pipelines to new data modeling standards.Responsibilities:Own the integrated program plan across workstreams and track delivery health, milestones, and velocity.Drive 2-week sprint cadence: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint review / demo, and retrospectives; ensure user stories are logged, estimated, and tracked to "definition of done" in Jira.Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital and IT initiatives that align with business and Digital Capability objectives.Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery for small- to medium-sized technology projects.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource forecasts, and risk mitigation strategies.Monitor project performance, financial health, dependencies, risks, and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.Provide regular project status updates and executive reporting to sponsors and stakeholders.Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure successful project execution.Manage vendor relationships, deliverables, budgets, and contractual commitments.Apply Agile, Waterfall, SDLC, and Project Management Framework (PMF) best practices to drive consistent project delivery.Promote continuous improvement and project management maturity across the organization.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience managing IT or digital projects.Hands-on experience running Agile / Scrum delivery at scale: sprint planning, backlog management, PI planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Experience managing data platform or data warehouse migration programs (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, or equivalent cloud data platforms).Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for backlog management, RAID tracking, and documentation.Experience delivering projects in regulated industries, preferably pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences.Strong project planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.Experience managing vendors and cross-functional teams.Experience coordinating globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.Agile and Waterfall MethodologiesAgile / Scrum facilitation (sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, story pointing, velocity tracking).Program governance frameworks: RAID management, steering committee reporting, change control.Risk and issue escalation management across multiple concurrent workstreams.Stakeholder communication and executive presentation skills.Jira and Confluence administration and reporting.Cross-regional and cross-cultural team coordination.Working knowledge of data engineering / data platform concepts (ingestion, transformation, data quality, governance) sufficient to manage technical delivery teams.Pharma / life sciences commercial data domain knowledge (sales operations, market access, patient support programs, omni-channel marketing data).Vendor / partner management in a multi-party delivery model.Budget, timeline, and resource tracking across a multi-quarter engagement.Project and financial management.Leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving.Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.Collaboration: Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.Continuous Improvement: Commitment to continuous learning and improvement of Agile practices and processes.Preferred Skills:PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification.Demonstrated experience managing programs in the pharmaceutical / life sciences industry, specifically within Commercial data & analytics (sales, market access, patient services, or omni-channel data domains).Experience with GxP, Computer System Validation (CSV), and SDLC processes.Familiarity with enterprise technologies, cloud platforms, data and analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.Experience managing offshore / onshore blended delivery teams.High Energy is required and Commercial experience.Pay Rate: $103.57 - $109.84 / Hour If hired, you will enjoy the following ECLARO Benefits:401k Retirement Savings Plan administered by Merrill LynchCommuter Check Pretax Commuter BenefitsEligibility to purchase Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance through ECLAROEqual Opportunity Employer: ECLARO values diversity and does not discriminate based on Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status, in compliance with all applicable laws.
