We are looking for a Registered Dietitian who is passionate about geriatric care and eager to join a supportive, growing team. If you love seeing the direct impact of your work on a patient's recovery and well-being, we want to meet you. Your Impact You won't just be filling out charts; you'll be changing lives by:
- Designing personalized nutrition plans that help our patients regain strength and health.
- Guiding and empowering patients through one-on-one counseling and dietary education.
- Partnering with our clinical team to ensure every diet order is accurate and effective.
- Ensuring our food services are not only nutritious but enjoyable for our residents.
- Must-Have: A valid Colorado Registered Dietitian license.
- Nice-to-Have: A Bachelor's degree and experience in SNF or LTAC settings.
