Shift & Schedule Monday – Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: Closed Requirements License & Certification: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Basic life support, Licensed dental hygienist Licensure: Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license for the State of California. Certification: Current CPR/BLS Certification. Language: Proficiency in Spanish is required to effectively communicate with our diverse patient base. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build immediate rapport and educate patients clearly. Professionalism: A reliable, self-motivated team player who maintains a positive attitude regardless of the office pace. Preferences Software Experience: Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft Adaptability: Openness to continuous growth and constructive feedback to refine clinical and communication skills. Technology: Familiarity with modern dental software and digital imaging equipment. Patient Education: Act as a primary educator, using rapport and modern tools to help patients understand their oral health and treatment needs. Collaboration: Partner closely with the dentist and the clinical support team to ensure a seamless and efficient office flow.
