divh2Operations Assistant/h2pResponsibilities:/polliConduct room and building inspections to note any damage or required maintenance/liliReview inspection notes to assess damage/liliSubmit damage charges into online billing software/liliPlace work orders using Maintenance Direct to clean, conduct necessary maintenance and repair damage/liliEscort contractors and review contractor work to ensure proper completion of projects./liliPerform office functions as required including answering phones, responding to emails, and submitting work orders,/liliComplete special projects and other duties as assigned/liliAdhere to the Residential Life Rules and Regulations, the Student Conduct Code, and all national, state, and local laws throughout the duration of your employment/li/olpRequired Qualifications:/ppAll applicants must:/pulliBe current Ithaca College undergraduate or graduate students at the time of hire through tenure of employment./liliHave a GPA of 2.5 or higher/liliBe in good standing with the Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards/li/ulpEmployee Details:/pulliOperations Assistants will be paid an hourly rate of $16.30/li/ul/div
