Insight Global is seeking a Clinic Admin Coordinator. This candidate will support medical management through end-to-end referral coordination, ensuring timely authorizations, accurate data entry, and clear communication with patients and clinical staff. Day-to-Day: - Coordinate and process all patient referrals for specialty services - Obtain and verify authorizations per protocol - Communicate with patients regarding scheduling and pre-admission testing - Enter referrals, authorizations, and related data into systems accurately - Receive consultant reports, maintain documentation, and route to physicians - Track outstanding referral reports and perform timely follow-ups - Maintain compliance with company policies and HIPAA standards - Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Previous medical office experience with referral processing (HMO plans preferred) - Strong administrative and operational support experience - Knowledge of HIPAA and PHI handling - Computer literacy and strong telephone skills - Strong customer service and patient communication skills - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Associate or bachelor's degree (healthcare-related preferred) - Bilingual in English/Spanish - Familiarity with CMS, OSHA, Medicare, or other regulatory bodies - Experience with EMR systems - Knowledge of medical coding
