About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Employer Sales to lead its expansion in the employer market. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the employer sales business, driving growth, and deepening relationships with strategic distribution partners. This role requires a seasoned professional with over 15 years' experience in enterprise sales or commercial leadership, particularly in the healthcare or adjacent sectors. The VP will be tasked with shaping the employer go-to-market strategy, leading a high-performing sales organization, and driving enterprise alignment to ensure the company's offerings meet the needs of the market. A strong background in digital health, virtual care, or related technology, as well as experience in chronic condition management, is essential. Applicants for the Vice President, Employer Sales position at the company should have a proven track record of success in closing large, complex enterprise deals and building trusted relationships with C-suite buyers. The role demands a leader with exceptional executive presence, communication skills, and the ability to influence cross-functionally in a high-growth, evolving environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the employer healthcare ecosystem, including consultants, brokers, health plans, and strategic distribution partners. Experience in the MEDDPICC sales methodology or a comparable framework is a plus.
