We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and expand client relationships within the light industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics sectors . This is an ideal role for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment

Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and close new client accounts needing temporary and light industrial staffing solutions
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers in operations, HR, and supply chain
- Generate job orders and partner closely with Recruiting teams to ensure speed, quality, and fill rates
- Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Execute territory growth strategies across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania
- Negotiate bill rates, markups, and service agreements while maintaining margin targets
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and account growth
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience , preferably in temporary staffing, light industrial staffing, or workforce solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Experience working in a metrics-driven environment (job orders, fill rates, revenue, gross margin)
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to travel within the NY/NJ/PA area (approximately 50%)
- Flexible schedule; occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays may be required
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
