Pharmacy Concierge & Care Coordination Specialist

AbsoluteCARE Medical Center & Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Concierge to serve as a Complex Care Concierge Technician. This role involves providing engagement and retention services for members with chronic health conditions. The Pharmacy Concierge will respond to patient inquiries, facilitate medication adherence, and act as a liaison between members and pharmacy teams. The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, State Registered Pharmacy Technician status, and at least one year of pharmacy experience.
