Job Full Description

We are seeking skilled Assembly Technicians as a Machine Operator or Coating Specialist to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.


The ideal candidates will have strong mechanical knowledge and experience working on an assembly line. This role is critical to ensuring that our products are assembled efficiently and meet quality standards. As an Assembly Technician, you will work with various hand and power tools, contributing to the overall success of our production process.


Schedule: 7:30am - 4pm (M-F)


Pay Rate: $24 - $27/hr (higher pay offered for exact relevant experienced candidate)


Duties

• Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the assembly process.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow on the assembly line.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area within the manufacturing facility.
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues as they arise during the assembly process.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand assembly instructions and blueprints.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools effectively and safely.
• Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Good hand-eye coordination/manual dexterity and eyesight to perform precise tasks such as positioning very small components accurately, installation and welding of sub-components while using microscopes or other magnifying viewers
