The Dallas office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP is seeking an Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join its Real Estate Practice Group. Job Requirements: Commercial real estate experience with an emphasis on acquisitions, dispositions, and borrower financing of commercial properties. Experience nationally in single asset and portfolio transactions, together with attendant financings and various capital stack structures. Experience with leasing, development, joint-ventures and renewable energy transactions. Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills. Experience in problem solving and advising clients from inception to closing and in title, survey, and other customary due diligence matters. Energy, drive, and desire to work in a dynamic, team-based, fast-paced and high-volume environment with strong attention to detail and motivation to learn. Admission to the TX State Bar or the ability to waive into the TX State Bar is required.
